Welcome to Year 6

 
This term our history topic is all about World War Two. 
 

Homework books: Every Friday, homework will be sent home in the Year 6 children's homework books. They need to complete their homework in their book. Homework is due in every Tuesday.

 

Spellings: Spellings will be set on Spelling Shed every Wednesday. The children will also be sent home with a Spelling sheet in their homework book every Friday. This will be due the following Tuesday. 

 

Times Tables: 5 minutes of Times Tables practice should be completed on TT Rockstars 3 times per week. TTRockstars will be checked by staff every Friday. 

Reading: Children should read three times a week (or more!) outside of school and record this in their planner. They need a signature from a family member each week at the bottom of the right-hand page. This will be checked by their teacher every Friday.
